By responding #yessourcedbylcw you agree to the following:

1. You grant The Luxury Couture Wardrobe Limited trading as The Luxury Couture Wardrobe a royalty free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use your social media handle and your social media photograph(s) and in relation to which you have responded #yessourcedbylcw (the “Photos”) on www.theluxurycouturewardrobe.co.uk in The Luxury Couture Wardrobe stores (both bricks and mortar and online including but not limited to pop-up shops) and/or on any of The Luxury Couture Wardrobe’s platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest), for The Luxury Couture Wardrobe’s marketing and/or in their advertising.

2. The Luxury Couture Wardrobe may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your Photos in any manner in its sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever.

3. You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you own all rights in and to your Photos, (ii) you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your Photos to grant the rights herein, (iii) you are 18 years or older, and (iv) The Luxury Couture Wardrobe’s use of your Instagram handle and/or Photos will not violate the rights of any third party or any law.

4. You hereby waive any moral rights in the Photos to which you are now or may be at any future time entitled under Chapter IV of Part I of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 or any similar provisions of law in any jurisdiction.

5. You hereby release and discharge The Luxury Couture Wardrobe from all and any obligation to pay you for any use of your Photos and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above.

6. You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold The Luxury Couture Wardrobe and any person acting on The Luxury Couture Wardrobe’s behalf harmless from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with use of the Photos as described above.

Child safety

Protecting the safety of children when they use the Internet is important to us.

The Site is intended for use only by persons who are at least 18 years of age.

By using the Site, you confirm to us that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm you have received permission from your parent or guardian before purchasing from the Site or sending us personal information.

If you are under the age of 18, your parent or guardian must consent on your behalf where we ask for consent in relation to the use of your information.

Payment Processing

The website is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe and Paypal stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by the website and its service providers.

How we protect your information

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site; any transmission is at your own risk.
